Quality is important to Finnair. So important, that as part of its quest for quality, the airline is initiating what it hopes will be an active discussion on this crucial topic with its customers. Rethink Quality is an online forum that is dedicated to exploring the elements that define quality.

There is a lot of talk about quality but what exactly is it? This is a question that is explored by Rethink Quality’s exciting guest bloggers throughout September, as well as by the newly recruited Quality Hunters throughout October and November. Tell us what quality means to you. Join the discussion by commenting on the articles and blogs.

The Quality Hunters

In September, Finnair released an untypical job advertisement. The airline sought for Quality Hunters, four bold individuals whose mission is to travel the globe for two months in search of exceptional experiences in the air, at airports and in cities across Asia, Europe and the US.

Now, the chosen Quality Hunters have started their work. Until early December, they are employed as independent advisors to Finnair. They each fly to a range of destinations to find out what each location has to offer to business and leisure travellers. They are also asked to complete some interesting tasks along the way. Join the Quality Hunters on their adventures across the globe in search of the superb. You can follow their musings and experiences, both good and bad, on their personal blogs.

Got hot tips on things to see and do in your favourite cities? The Quality Hunters would love to hear from you, so feel free to share your opinions and recommendations, rants and raves. Towards the end of their journey, vote for the Top Quality Hunter and you’ll get a chance to win return flights for two between Europe and Asia with Finnair!

The Quality Hunters are provided with
Canon IXUS 300 HS digital cameras HP laptops and Nokia Mobile Phones.
